Keita signs with Forum Horsens in Denmark

After finishing up his Syracuse career this past year, Baye Moussa Keita has signed with Forum Horsens of the Danish League.

Former Syracuse center Baye Moussa Keita signed with the Forum Horsens, the professional Danish team announced on its website.

Horsens finished in fourth place in the Ligaen, the most competitive division of basketball in Denmark. In the release announcing Keita’s signing (before translation), Syracuse is described as “one of the most legendary colleges in the United States” and it labels Keita “the largest piece of the HIC defense game that has been massively upgraded towards the upcoming season.”

This past spring, the 6-foot-10 Keita wrapped up a four-year career as a backup center with the Orange, which named an award in his honor after the season.
