It's ridiculous at best to assert that students are magically unsafe or incapable of walking to campus when they live past Lancaster or Westcott. While I spent all four years living on Westmoreland, four blocks PAST Westcott Street, I managed to make it to class. Notwithstanding, for getting to and from class there are CENTRO buses operating most of the day at least as far as Westcott & Euclid, and the free zone extends to E. Genesee & Euclid for the non-just-campus route. If you're trying to claim that the average student isn't capable of either ponying up for a $70 Manley parking pass (which has later-night busing) or walking a few blocks to the nearest bus stop when they're too lazy to walk a mile, think again.
