The Syracuse players sprinted off the court just as the fans rushed on. The players didn't want to avoid the court-rush from 26,287 fans at the Carrier Dome on Monday.

They wanted to embrace the support. Some stood up on the scorer's table and slapped high-fives....

Orangemen- you have made us all proud with your upset. I am thoroughly elated. Everybody stepped up as needed- Rautins, Nichols, Harris, Devendorf, Watkins and Roberts. I never expected the win, in fact , when I saw the NY Times had you as three point favorites I was a little pissed.
Most congrats go to Jim Boeheim for the defense we saw that had some wonk rename the Hoyas, the Whoyas?

Whatever happens after 2/26, we'll always have Paris. :-)

TO ALL FANS IN ATTENDANCE: Great crowd last night! Although the number wasn't huge, the intense atmosphere showed on a national stage. As a 2001 alum, I was glad to see the improved seating alignment. The crowd was on fire. Congrats!
