These results make perfect sense, whenever anyone outside of America thinks about America they usually think of New York. It has become the most popular place for many reasons, and being such a tightly packed city it's easy for drugs to be spread and hard to escape the temptation of alcohol. It's good that OASAS exists and is doing it's best to save people. I'm sure if a lot of people were more willing to get alcohol and drug rehab treatment many lives could be saved or improved. But unfortunately people are reluctant or don't even realize they might need treatment, I think more could be done to solve this.
