I find it ridiculous how it is socially acceptable to only sterotype white people. If you wrote an article about latinos, asians, or blacks...even if the majority of it is true they would not tolerate it. There are asian student associations, latino student associations etc. But there cannot be a white student association. You can be pro asian, pro latino, pro indian, but you can't be pro-white without being anything else. How about this stereotype for your article. I am white so I am expected to bear the guilt of slavery even though my ancestors came to this country from Poland 50 years after anyone in Aerica owned a bl;ack person, but myself and my ancestors are associated with the atrocity of slavery because of the color of my skin. There is a huge sense of resentment and apathy when white students have to go to diversity ORL training where ORL pushes their white guilt, christian guilt, and male guilt agenda. After a while I became so sick of it and I actually think that constant force feeding of guilt has made me apathetic to the whole diversity issue.
