MLAX | ON TO FOXBOROUGH: No. 3 Syracuse uses late comeback to clinch final 4 berth

Abstract:
ITHACA, N.Y. - For a while, it seemed like the wayward barrage of shots misfired in the first half would come back to haunt Syracuse in its 11-9 win over Notre Dame in the NCAA quarterfinals Sunday afternoon. For a while, it seemed like all those faceoffs won early on would be worthless....

"You got to keep thinking that if you keep taking those types of shots, eventually their going to drop,"

Between that, and 6 million unneccesary commas, the DO better hire some editors, quick, and find someone, other than incoming freshman, to write the articles, lest its reputation, as a premier college paper, goes the way, of our football team...

Captain Grammar,

You must be blind. The DO did not write that quotation. That's what the coach said. It's a direct quote. Get some glasses.

Man,

I was actually referring to the author's(written) use of the word "their" instead of the (spoken, indeed quoted) "they're".

Though I see the DO corrected it since I pointed it out, with no mention of the edit. Hysterical... and not exactly ethical in the world of E-media. Though I heard there's a job opening in the Ministry of Truth that may be of interest to our young writer!!!
