I commend the Panhelsinki council for really going out on a limb here and delaying the massive alcohol consumption gatherings lower-case greeks usually engage in for an entire day.
Because lowercase greeks, really, are just like the rest of us: they drink! They're just a little more cliquey about it is all. Give these organizations a chance to show that they can show some level of restraint and that a good time CAN be had without drinking shoe polish and Pine Sol...for a week, anyway.
