Ralph Nader to hold campaign rally in Syracuse

Abstract:

You are lucky to be able to see and hear Ralph Nader, the only candidate who favors criminal prosecution of the
bankers who stole billions from American taxpayers and impeachment of Bush and Cheney. This guy is not for sale and neither is my vote. Votenader.org.

Ralph Nader is not the Green party candidate, he is an independent candidate in New York. The Green Party's candidate is Cynthia McKinney. Howie Hawkins is the Green Populist candidate for congress in New York.

Ralph Nader spoke at SU a few years ago, talk about a disappointment. We were charged a $5 "suggested donation" to see him speak in Hendricks, but beyond that all he did was complain about problems everyone already knew existed. He provided no solutions on how to solve the problems. Mr. Nader has proven that he is past his prime. It is a shame that Syracuse continues to bring speakers to the campus that are no longer relevant. The university should be ahead of the curve rather than playing catch up.
