'My Big Fat Charity Showcase' acts aid school of arts, cystic fibrosis

There are billions of vaginas worldwide, but this weekend, about 40 of Syracuse University's worked to advance the feminist cause. Students and other members of the university community came out Friday and Saturday to listen to 40 women who put on a production of the Vagina Monologues at Hendricks Chapel to raise money for area charities.

Zamboni characters add humor

Zamboni Revolution's performance Friday night in Jabberwocky Café never ceased to deliver the laughs through jokes and scenes about the Vagina Monologues, nervous disorders or the elderly. The student improvisational comedy troupe, however, failed to meet its standards from previous performances.
