The recruiting struggle in college athletics has always been a game of one-upsmanship. With that in mind, Syracuse is about to take major steps that would make its sales pitch more enticing. The university is in the process of planning two major facility upgrades, which SU athletic officials hope will not only benefit its current athletes, but also make the school more attractive to prospective recruits.
