Before people get fired up about this "negative" portrayal of Kazakhstan, they should research the country they are defending. According to a 2004 Human Rights report by the U.S. State Department, Kazakhstan has a poor human rights record. Here are some quotes from the report: -The Government's human rights record remained poor, and it continued to commit numerous abuses.
