Fine allegations | Tomaselli arrested Tuesday for violating bail conditions

The third accuser in the Bernie Fine case was arrested and charged for violating bail conditions on Tuesday, according to an article published by the Sun Journal (Maine) on Wednesday morning.

 Zach Tomaselli, 23, of Lewiston, Maine, was arrested because police believe he gave a ride to a minor. This violates the conditions of his release, according to the Maine newspaper.

Tomaselli is facing 11 felony counts as a result of sexually abusing a young boy. Tomaselli plans to plead guilty to some of the counts and will most likely face prison time for his actions, he told The Daily Orange on Monday.

The article states that Tomaselli could not have contact with anyone under the age of 18, except for incidental contact at work. Police believe Tomaselli gave a minor and an adult friend a ride on Monday. Officers arrested Tomaselli on Tuesday at 4:51 p.m., according to the article.

At 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Tomaselli remained in custody at the Androscoggin County Jail, according to the article.

Tomaselli is the third man to publicly accuse the former Syracuse University associate men's basketball coach of sexually abusing him as a child. Tomaselli has also accused his father of sexual abuse. Both men have denied the claims.

I know Zach. He did not forge doctors signatures. He did not forge a reference to get into any camp.Rebecca young is someone who hacked his old Facebook. Whoever wrote that doesn't know much.

It was worse last night on his Facebook page. Someone asked who "xxxx xxxxxxx" was and Rose Ryan stated that "his parents are just taking all of their anger out on zach and that the kid initiated the sex between them and liked it. And the only reason he complained was because his Mother beats him". This was removed this morning. Just shows the "true colors" of faked remorse are shining through. If I had my way she'd be in jail with him for the things she was saying.

I know Tomaselli as well and I heard that he forged a reference to get hired at the summer camp where he molested the boy. I also heard that he he forged Dr. sigs to get more Oxy...to sell. Zach considers himself a "puppet master". He's also pretty good at impersonating people. He hacked my friends facebook account in a matter of minutes and tried to destroy her credibility. Notice that Zach's residence and where he studied "on facebook" is a complete lie. He's also been known to post as Ryan Tomaselli and was likely the creator of Ms. Rebecca Young on facebook. Probably all part of grooming for young men. Have fun behind bars...where you belong.

Well Rose Ryan is a women of many colors herself. She dressed for the part when being interviewed but her facebook photos show a completely different person. I wonder if someone molested her son if she would support them and say, its ok that you molested my son because you were molested. She should be arrested for posting a minor victims name publicly like that. She is looking for her 5 minutes of fame it seems because her dream is to be in playboy..just look at her facebook photos. Doesn't even seem to be the same person I saw on the news. I know Tomaselli and he is a pathological liar. He has been since I have known him. It will all come out in the end and maybe I will then send him a copy of the, "The Boy who Cried Wolf" to read in prison because clearly he never read it before. The hole is getting deeper and deeper and he really ought to put his shovel down.

I have no idea what the heck is going on with this guy and his friend "Rose Ryan". She's the one that has backed everything he says and swore he told her of Bernie Fine two years ago. Now I see on Tomaselli's Facebook page she has posted the name of the victim in Maine. She seems to think it's the "victims" parents fault that he got arrested in the first place. Ihope if it's proven he lied that he turns on her for filing a statement saying he informed her of this abuse two years ago. What kind of person would blame the victim, none the less post his name.
